Swimming for a beginner?
I am 22 and very knew to swimming but am athletically and conditionally fit. When I got into the water today I could swim maybe two laps and was annihilated at the end of it. I know my form is horrible, so is it a wise idea to take a swimming class or should I try to struggle through it and tweak what I think is wrong using internet videos and what not? I actually want to do a half triathlon in two years or so, so I want to get quit good at it. Thank You for you input all : )
u need to join a swin team
i joined on last month for the first time and the first day is always the hardest
but now i am the 4th best person on the team
just u dont need to give up
