Can anyone tell me that is. triathlete is all about?

There are three very short, you can do is to start. w / to see that for you (do not start. w / Ironman or Half Ironman!) short courses tend to like swimming. 400 meters, Bike 10 miles Run 5K or equivalent distance. You will need to learn how to swim, bike course, and spend time. Bicycle Gear other good quality shoes will help. I have had only three Triathlon (short course for Olympic), but just start small and work!
