I am training for triathlons and swim a lot. . What is ear plug good quality? What do Olympic swimmers. Use? Thanks.

I would say you might want to plug silicone ear that you can mold to fit your ears. I swam 10 years and coached 2 and that is something that everyone wear earplugs wore only the best will be the custom.
